Don't be fooled by the dancing bear on my shirt...I was a badass.

11 Facts About Me:

1. I really, really do not like to be hugged. It's nothing personal, I promise. I'm just not a hugger. In fact, I'll run away from you if you try to hug me.

2. I have an unhealthy fear of cruise ships. What happened in Italy? My.Worst.Nightmare.

3. I love road trips. I love being in the car with friends, listening to music, and getting away for a little while.

4. I require a significant amount of alone time. Those road trips? They are fun, but as soon as I reach my "People Limit," I need to be left alone. I may be the poster child for, "There's a difference between being alone and being lonely."

5. My intuition is dangerous. Some people just don't stand a chance in my life.

6. My hair is nautrally curly. Like legit, spiral curls, if I let it. But you'll never see it like that.

7. Speaking of my hair...it doesn't grow. I have tried EVERYTHING to make it grow faster, but nothing works. I've seriously chugged glasses of orange juice mixed with plain gletain because I heard that does the trick. I even took prenatal vitamins for a while. I gave up and made an appointment to cut it.

8. I wear Uggs and North Face fleeces because it's effing cold where I live in the winter. I'm not trying to be like every college girl on any given SUNY campus, mmmkay?

9. 75% of the time, when I introduce myself, people think my name is Melissa. If it's someone that I'm never going to talk to again, I just let them think that's what it is. No one, and I mean no one, ever spells my name right. Thanks, Mom.

10. On that note, if I ever have kids, I will be giving them crazy names. If I can't find tiny souvenir license plates with the correct spelling of my name, there's no way my children are getting any, either.

11. I'm a news junkie. I have watched the Today show every morning while getting ready since I was in middle school. I can legit tell what time it is by what segment they are on. I'm constantly checking msn.com (and not just for stupid lifestyle articles) and reading newspapers (okay, okay, online). Not that I want anyone to die or anything, but I would love a good murder trial to follow.

Answer to Lay's Questions:

What's the best vacation you ever took?
A few years ago, I went to North Carolina with a group of my friends. We rented a huge house on the beach and did nothing but tan, eat, and drink for the entire week. It was amazing and something I plan on doing again soon.

What's your favorite movie?
Depends on the genre, but a few include Goodfellas, You've Got Mail, Step Brothers...

Who is your ultimate celebrity crush?
Aaron Rodgers. He's technically a celeb, right?

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?
This has changed so much as I've gotten older. First it was New York City, then California, now it's somewhere South like North Carolina or Tennessee. Where I live now is beautiful, just hate the winters.

If you could have any super power, what would it be?
To read people's minds.

If you could be anyone for a day, who and why?
My mom...just see how she does it all.

Describe yourself in one word:
Indescribable.

What is your dream job?
To write.

Favorite childhood memory:
Time spent at my great-grandparent's house...which is now my house. Crazy.

What is your favorite dish?
If I go out:

Sakura

If I stay home; anything Italian.

Favorite beer, cocktail, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage?
Overall favorite beer is Coors Light. However, I switch it up during the summer and drink Bud Light Lime a lot, or Corona.

I'm a slacker, and didn't pick anyone to answer the questions. Feel free to do it and report back!
