Autumn Soup

I really love this recipe. My friend, Bridget, made it a few years ago, and I've been hooked ever since...

1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of corn
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of peas
(I use frozen veggies - besides the carrots. I hate frozen carrots)
1 cup of potatoes
3 cups of beef broth
1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of Gravy Master
Basil to taste

Fry beef and drain fat. Cut up potatoes, and in my case, carrots.
Add everything to a large pot and cook for 35-40 minutes.

Done and done. And so good.
