1. I've been drinking a gallon of water every single day and my bladder has never felt pain quite like it. I normally drink a lot of water - I think it's something that my parents instilled in me - but now I'm tracking how much I drink. I have a 32 ounce (bpa free!) Nalgene bottle and I fill it up four times while I'm at work. I say at work because I have a well at home, and I can't drink water from my tap. I take full advantage of the water cooler at work! Do you drink a lot of water?

2. What I haven't been drinking a lot is beer - or alcohol in general. Two beers doesn't get me drunk, twelve does. 1224 calories x Thursday, Friday, and sometimes Saturday? 3672 calories. Yikes. While I can't sit here and say I haven't had any beer, I can say that I've limited it to 2 or 3 once a week. And if I want a slight head change after a long week? It's liquor and a low-cal mixer.

3. Notice anything different around here? I've been working on some changes, a little at a time. While I'm far from a design or html expert, I would rather spend the time and money to educate myself, than pass along my blog design responsibility to someone else. Please excuse the chaos while I work toward the layout that I want.
