Pinterest Recipe: Nailed It.

I trolled Pinterest for...well, you don't need to know how long...yesterday and I found this pin on my feed from none other than Lloyd Christmas - I mean - Tiff Gee. I just so happened to have two pieces of chicken thawing in my fridge and I thought, "I'ma need to make those right quick."

For those of you too lazy to click on the link.

I shimmied my ass to Walmart after bocce last night, on the hunt for egg roll wrappers. Much to my dismay, they were out of stock - who the hell buys those things? I didn't even know you could until about 24 hours ago. Anyway, I ended up getting these instead:

Same difference, right?  Eh. Not really, but here are a couple pictures and how I adapted the recipe.

I followed the original recipe except I 86'd the bleu cheese because I don't like it. I don't like a lot of food. I also used ranch dressing to dip them in, and that was good.

Because I had 2 pieces of chicken - instead of 1, like the original recipe called for - I still have a ton of chicken leftover. Because I only made a few of these things. Because I'm not an animal. So definitely adapt the recipe as you see fit.

Also, I baked them at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. On a wire rack, on top of a cookie sheet.
