  1. What are you most excited about these days? Concerts. Warm weather. The faint possibility of getting a tan this summer.
  2. Favorite holiday? Halloween!
  3. Favorite season? I’m a card carrying member of the white girl club called “EVERYTHING FALL”
  4. Recent hobby? Falling asleep with a heating pad on my back. Does that count?
  5. If you could switch lives with someone for a day, who would it be? Jen Gotch. She’s my hero in so many ways and not just because she finally face swapped with her cat and I’ve yet to do so with either of mine.
  6. If you could have coffee with someone from the past, who would it be? My father’s father. He died before I was born and is my only grandparent I never met.
  7. What’s the best thing that happened this year? Meeting Avett friends IRL
  8. What’s the best way to decompress? Climb into bed with a good book.
  9. What’s the weirdest word in the English language? I don’t know about the weirdest, but I can tell you one I don’t like AT ALL: congealed.
  10. If you had one superpower, what would it be? I would just like to be rich. Is that a superpower?
  11. Who do you miss most? My great-grandmother who passed away 3 years ago.
  12. Who was the last person to text you? Kelsey. It was in all caps and only mildly threatening.
  13. Who are three people, alive or dead, that you would have dinner with? Their names are Meredith, Jenna, and Sheila and they are all still very much alive and are 3 of my favorite people I’ve met because of The Avett Brothers. The fact that we live in different parts of the country and not next door to each other will never not be sad.

  15. Book you plan on reading? I’m currently reading It’s Okay to Laugh (Crying is Cool, too) and I love it.

  17. A book from your childhood that positively shaped you? Everyone Poops. No, I’m kidding—I didn’t read that until I was an adult. Umm, Strega Nona – and yes, it’s about a grandmother who is a witch doctor, okay? I loved it.
  18. Favorite tv show that’s currently on tv? Silicon Valley.
  19. Favorite ice cream? Hard ice cream: mint chocolate chip. Soft ice cream: chocolate and vanilla twist with RAINBOW SPRINKLES (ya haters!).
  20. What makes you smile the most? Emails from friends. Texts from friends. MY FRIENDS, basically.
  21. First pet? My family adopted a dog from a shelter for all of 6 hours. It was a maniac and me and one of my brothers hid in my bedroom the entire time, so my parents brought her back.
  22. Worst subject in school? MATH.

  67. An experience when you felt the most nervous? A few years ago when I was waiting for MRI results—they were checking to see if I had a brain tumor.
  68. At what age were you the happiest? 27 was a great fucking year.
  69. What’s one vice you wish you could give up? Eating pita chips in bed.
